1. Obtain an application form from the J.C., fill it out, and return it to the Office of Admissions.

2. Go to information desk and ask for assessment and orientation dates and times. Pick up a schedule of classes if you do not already have one.

2b. If you have an IEP contact the Disabled Student Services Office. They can help set you up with the assessments, counsel you on which classes to take, and assist you with the registration process.

2c. If you do not have an IEP, make an appointment with the counseling center to discuss your schedule. Be sure to complete the assessments before seeing the counselor.

3. Complete the registration process by either enrolling by phone or through the Disabled Student Sevices Office.
