This is Laura's first year as a "real" teacher at North Hills Prep after being a substitute teacher last year. She was born in Santa Monica, California and was raised in Montana (though not by wolves, all evidence to the contrary). This makes her half city slicker, half cowboy girl. Laura also suffers from terminal wanderlust and has lived and studied in Oxford, England and Paris, France. Besides her love of the subjects she teaches (Economics, Government, History, and English), Laura loves hiking, swimming, camping, and home decorating.
