Josh recently rejoined the NHP staff full time as a teacher and the school's resident webmaster. Originally from New York, Josh graduated from Washington University in St.Louis with a B.A. in Marketing and Political Science. Now living in Los Angeles for 4 years, he also moonlights as a Realtor, and the creator of BiggerPockets.com Real Estate Investing Community. Among everything else, Josh is a professional actor, a member of both SAG and AFTRA.
