Darryl Christian, M.A., MFT, ATR, Clinical Director of DIS Counseling

Darryl has been a counselor at NHP since March 1998. He has worked with adolescents, children, adults, and families for nine years. Darryl has taught counseling/therapy on the Marriage and Family/Art Therapy faculties at Loyola-Marymount University, Los Angeles (his alma mater) and Phillips Graduate Institute, Encino. In addition, he has been a trainer and volunteer with the Los Angeles Shanti Foundation for thirteen years, working with people affected by HIV/AIDS and other life threatening illnesses. Currently, Darryl is pursuing a certificate in Educational Therapy at California State University at Northridge.
