North Hills Prep School was founded in 1991 to provide an experiential learning community for the capable to highly gifted student struggling academically and/or socially. Accredited by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges and certified as a nonpublic school by the California State Department of Education, NHP offers a curriculum that meets the various needs of its student population and individualizes its education programs to maximize each student’s educational benefit. NHP prides itself upon providing a diverse and unique educational experience which addresses the social challenges of adolescence and promotes positive choices through the totality of learning.
