Goals and Objectives
Life Skills is a comprehensive, career development program for high school students making the transition to life after high school. The class focuses on the importance of how to live and work and how to be independent. Life skills prepares young adults for a successful post high school life by introducing and teaching about a variety of topics including:

• Nutrition and Fitness
• Emotional Health and Self-Advocacy
