North Hills Prep School has an obligation to keep its campus safe as well as maintain a minimal amount of disruption from the daily schedule. In achieving this, NHP has developed a visitor's policy and procedure, which applies to anyone not currently enrolled or employed by Via Allegre dba North Hills Prep School. Anyone who wishes to observe or participate in a classroom must have the express permission of the Executive Director.
Due to the anxiety that visitors may produce, permission will be contingent upon the approval of the teacher, the therapist, and the student. Approval for classroom observations must be given in advance of the date requested. If a former student or staff member wishes to visit, they too must obtain prior permission to come on campus and will only be allowed to visit during free time or as appropriate.
Once permission has been given, the visitor is to check in with the front office. The visitor must sign and a visitor's badge will be issued.
